Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (bonus eligible)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct regular outside sales activities, including client meetings and market tours.
  • Present tailored advertising solutions and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Travel to meetings and events 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or relevant business experience preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and perform basic math calculations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
